Steve Paragioudakis, is the current director of the orthopaedic residency program at Monmouth Medical Center. In this capacity, he mentors residents in the state's oldest orthopaedic residency program, created in 1945. Residents get clinical and academic training and a strong research program. Paragioudakis gives his knowledge to assist in the development of novel orthopaedic methods. In this capacity, he gives residents early surgical exposure and prepares them for fellowship training.
